Spoke hired me to help with a redesign of their e-commerce website. Their goals were to increase sales and increase customer loyalty.

I worked closely with Spoke's founder to break the work down into 3 parts of the customer experience: Browsing to buying, Finding your size and Getting inspired. The customer in question would be discerning, but time-poor males.

A brand new website and look and feel, which positioned Spoke as the place where customers could get the best fit they had ever experienced. The buying process included a bespoke fitting calculator and the site was made stickier with its fashion blog.
